We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our compression packing cube products. This guarantee covers any fabric tears or stitching issues that may occur over time.
Please note that zip breakages are not covered under our lifetime guarantee, as these are often the result of user mismanagement, overfilling, or general wear and tear. We encourage customers to take care not to overpack their cubes to ensure the longevity of the zips.
If your item qualifies for a replacement or repair under our guarantee, please send an email with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We will replace cubes individually rather than as a full set, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution.
We operate a 60 day refund & return policy. We've ensured our policy is quick, easy, and free to initiate. To contact us, email hello@ciubtravel.com.. In the subject heading please label this "Return - ORDER NO XXXX"
- Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Return postage cost must be covered by you the customer. Please contact us for the relevant returns address.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are sent to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed upon approval.

Really strong fit loads in made packing so much easier!
The cubes are great quality and really do compress clothes down. Bought first set (the mixed size) for a longer haul flight and bought a second set to help manage the winter/summer wardrobe changeover 😊 Sturdy materials and zips - really worth the money 😊
Great compression bags exactly as described
Bought them for my daughter to use on her holiday to America, she has yet to use them but she loves the quality, i am sure she will have more to say once she has used them.

These are amazing. When I bought them, I thought they would be handy (plus I thought they look nice) but didn't realise they would make me half as happy as they actually do. In the 3 smaller cubes i have packed all undies, sleepwear, beachwear, day wear for a 7 night sun holiday for 1. I haven't crammed them solid but when I pick them up by the handle the contents don't shift so won't crease at the bottom of the bag. The larger bag I'm using for my evening outfits. I've already done a trial and know I can easily fit at least 8 dresses without cramming (i tend to wear maxi or midi), not going yet so will pack them nearer the time. All this in 1 cabin case. They feel great quality, the zips look and feel robust. So pleased and highly recommend. I will be buying more. Thank you.

These cubes make packing your suitcase so much easier and having the second zip that compresses the air provides so much room when packing. I am now on holiday and usually it’s such a chore unpacking your clothes when you just want to head out. The picture shows a couple of cubes removed straight from the suitcase into the drawer at the hotel. I am so pleased I purchased the shoe back, initially I did think it’s something that I really needed, but being able to placed all my dirty sandals in one bag was a great benefit.
The packaging cubes are great but don’t fall for the free laundry bag as they charge you for it if you use the discount they also offer you

website states the postage costs but when you place an order you get charged a higher price - customer service is appalling and when they eventually got back to me about the difference, I was told 'this was simply an updated issue on the website ...' Not entirely sure what this means, but someone needs to sort it out so other people are not misled .

Used them this weekend for the 1st. Really good quality. Helped to organise clothing and was able to pack in much more than normal when they were compressed.
I was very satisfied when I received these items. They are of good quality and I am sure I will have these for quite some time. I have yet to use them though. Again on use I think they will stand the test of time.
